Rooms at the McCormick House can also be booked individually. Our little Inn has two bedrooms on the second floor:

You may book a "single room with private bath (shower only)" - or the two bedrooms together as a "suite with shared bath (shower only)". Guests booking a single room with private bath will enjoy absolute privacy as our only guests for all the nights of their reserved stay. (We are able to do this by leaving our second bedroom unoccupied.)

Rooms booked together as a "suite" are offered at a discounted rate (two-night minimum). This a great option for friends and families - and for anyone on a budget. The suite sleeps a maximum of five adults - though we can accommodate up to seven, with the addition of very small children (we have a *Pack-n-Play and junior mattresses available). The suite may be available for last minute single-night stays, but only when the rooms are booked individually at the single-night rate, rather than the discounted suite rate.

Nightly Room Rate (*Two-night Minimum on Weekends):

$195 (Single Room w/Private Bath + Organic Coffee & Tea) 

Nightly Suite Rate (*Two-night Minimum for the "Special Suite Rate"):

$375 (Friends & Family Suite + Organic Coffee & Tea)  

*Extended-Stay Rate (Five or More Nights) are available (See Below) 

*We have a firm two-night minimum for our "Suite Rate" only. A single night's stay is always welcome for an individual room on weekdays and may be available for last minute weekend inquiries. Single-night room rate for one room is $195.

*We also offer discounts for "Extended Stays" (five or more nights). For multiple-week or month-long stays, please inquire about additional discounts available. ("Extended Stay" rates are not available for holidays or during special events.)

(Friends & Family Suite) $295

For couples, we recommend our "James & Mary" room. This is a lovely, sunny room with a queen bed (with feather top and down comforter for our cool, coastal nights) and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of downtown Pescadero. (If you click the link, below, it is the room with red and floral accents.) Our second room, "Aunt Fanny & Sister Beth" sleeps three adults, and has a double and a twin bed. This sweet room is perfect for friends or a small family.
